FAQPage markup describes the questions and answers on a page in a machine-readable form. Only mark up questions and answers that are visible on the page and written by you; questions submitted by users belong in QAPage markup.
Google's FAQ Rich Result Change (August 2023)
Since August 2023 Google shows FAQ rich results only for well-known, authoritative government and health websites. For most sites the markup won't change how the listing looks in Google, though it remains valid Schema.org that other search engines and tools can read.
