Digital Marketing Agency in Jeddah
VDESIGNU is a design and digital marketing studio that works from Dubai with businesses in Jeddah. We run Arabic and English SEO, Google Maps visibility and Google Ads, and we build websites, apps and brands. Most of our Jeddah work so far is in restaurants and hospitality, for names like Lola, Toki and Leylaty.

SEO Services
Arabic keyword research that follows how people in Jeddah phrase things, technical fixes for bilingual sites, and content for the searches that decide a shortlist, whether that's a diner picking a dinner spot or a buyer comparing freight forwarders near the port.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile work for a long coastal city where rank shifts from district to district, from Obhur in the north to Al Balad in the south. Categories, Arabic reviews, a pin that matches your National Address, and geo-grid scans to prove the change.
AI SEO & GEO
Getting named when a visitor asks ChatGPT or Gemini where to eat near the Corniche or which hall suits a wedding in Jeddah. We test those prompts in Arabic and English, then fix the sources the assistants read.
Website Design & Development
Arabic-first, right-to-left websites with an English version that reads just as well, menus in real HTML with calorie information, reservations that work one-handed on a phone, and checkouts that take mada, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
Web & Mobile App Development
Booking systems for event venues, customer portals for logistics and trading firms around Jeddah Islamic Port, and loyalty or ordering apps for restaurant groups that want a direct line to their regulars alongside the delivery apps.
Google Ads & PPC Management
Google Ads planned around Jeddah's calendar of Ramadan, Jeddah Season and the Umrah months, split into Arabic and English campaigns, with every reservation, call and WhatsApp chat traced to the ad that started it.
Branding & Logo Design
Bilingual identities with Arabic and English logotypes drawn as a pair. Now that English trade names can be registered in Saudi Arabia, we help you pick a name that works on the commercial registration, the shopfront and a tiny delivery app tile.
CRM Implementation & Automation
HubSpot or Zoho set up around WhatsApp, where most Jeddah enquiries land, with lead routing, reminders for event bookings that run for months, and consent records that stand up under the Saudi PDPL.
The Jeddah market
Jeddah is not a smaller Riyadh
Jeddah is a port and a gateway before it’s anything else. Goods arrive through Jeddah Islamic Port, pilgrims arrive through King Abdulaziz International Airport on their way to Makkah and Madinah, and the city has sold to outsiders for centuries. Reputation here travels by word of mouth and WhatsApp before it reaches Google.
So a plan lifted from a Riyadh marketing agency playbook tends to miss. Jeddah customers are more often deciding where to eat tonight, where to hold a wedding, or which supplier can clear a container this week.
Restaurants and hospitality: where our Jeddah work sits
Our strongest proof in this city is on the dining table. We built the website and run SEO for Lola, a French brasserie in Jeddah. We run SEO for Toki, which serves Cantonese and Szechuan fine dining, and for Leylaty, a luxury events and hospitality group. We also built the site and SEO for Kuuru, a restaurant in Saudi Arabia.
That work taught us how food decisions get made. Someone on Tahlia Street at nine at night opens Google Maps, scrolls the photos, reads the Arabic reviews and messages to book. HungerStation, Jahez and Keeta sit beside all of this, and your listing there is often read before your own website.
Licences and names that leak into marketing
Paperwork shapes marketing here more than owners expect. Since April 2025 commercial registrations sit in one national register, handled through the Ministry of Commerce and the Saudi Business Center, and foreign investors register with MISA first. The same reform allowed English trade names for the first time. That matters online, because the name on your registration, your shopfront and your Google Business Profile should agree.
Restaurants also need a municipal licence through Balady, the platform of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority’s calorie rules now reach digital menus and delivery apps. If you sell online, your invoices have to fit ZATCA’s Fatoora e-invoicing system.
Arabic first, in a Hejazi voice
Jeddah speaks Hejazi Arabic, and people type the way they talk. A search for a dinner spot, a wedding hall or a car service often arrives in colloquial phrasing, mixed with English brand names or Arabic written in Latin letters. Formal Arabic still belongs in page titles and anything official, but copy that reads like a ministry circular won’t win over a Jeddah diner.
We build Arabic pages first, research keywords in both languages, and check the copy with your team before it goes live.
A city that runs on a calendar
Jeddah’s year has peaks most cities don’t. Ramadan changes when people eat. Jeddah Season brings concerts and events, including festivals in Al Balad, inscribed by UNESCO in 2014 as Historic Jeddah, the Gate to Makkah, and home to the Red Sea International Film Festival. The Corniche circuit has hosted the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix since 2021, and the Umrah months fill hotels across the city.
Each one changes what people search for, so we plan month by month.
Where Jeddah businesses usually start
For a restaurant, café or venue, the quickest return is usually Google Maps visibility in Jeddah, then a bilingual website built for Jeddah diners. Trading, logistics and service firms tend to begin with SEO for Jeddah buyers and Google Ads campaigns run for Jeddah. Once enquiries are flowing, a CRM wired to WhatsApp stops them going cold.
Work in Saudi Arabia
Questions
Do you have an office in Jeddah?
No. We work from Dubai and serve Jeddah clients remotely, over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. Dubai is one hour ahead of Saudi Arabia, so our working days overlap almost completely, and each Jeddah project keeps the same lead from start to finish.
Which Jeddah businesses have you worked with?
Mostly restaurants and hospitality. We built the website and run SEO for Lola, a French brasserie in Jeddah, and we handle SEO for Toki, a Cantonese and Szechuan fine dining restaurant, and for Leylaty Hospitality Group, a luxury events and hospitality business. We also built the site and SEO for Kuuru, a restaurant in Saudi Arabia.
How do Ramadan, Jeddah Season and Umrah affect marketing in Jeddah?
They move demand more than any campaign can. Dining searches shift toward iftar and suhoor in Ramadan, event and entertainment searches climb around Jeddah Season, and hotel and transport searches follow the Umrah months. We plan content and ad budgets on that calendar instead of spreading them evenly.
Do Umrah visitors passing through Jeddah search for local businesses?
Yes. Many pilgrims land at King Abdulaziz International Airport or use the Haramain train stations at the airport and Al Sulimaniyah, and some stay a night or two. They search on the move, often in their own language, for food, hotels and transport, so Maps visibility matters.
Do I need a permit to advertise online in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on what you do. Paid influencer posts need creators licensed under Mawthooq, run by the General Authority for Media Regulation. Property ads carry a REGA real estate advertising licence. Restaurants need a valid Balady municipal licence to trade at all, and any form that collects customer data falls under the PDPL.
How much does a digital marketing agency in Jeddah cost?
It depends on the services, how competitive your category is in Jeddah and how much already exists. We start with a free audit and a call, then send a scope built on what we found.
