SEO Services
Rankings for what Melbourne buyers type once they're ready to choose, from 'accountant Hawthorn' to 'commercial cleaning Melbourne'. Technical fixes first, then pages that answer the questions your customers actually ask, written in Australian English.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Where the searcher stands decides which three businesses Google puts on the map, and Melbourne is a big map. We optimise your Business Profile, track Maps positions suburb by suburb on a geo-grid, and build reviews and Australian citations.
AI SEO & GEO
Google began rolling out AI Mode in Australia in October 2025, and plenty of Melburnians now ask ChatGPT for a shortlist before they search. We test those prompts for your category, then fix the data, content and mentions that decide whether you're named.
Website Design & Development
Websites built for how Melbourne customers buy: quick on a phone on the tram, clear about the total price, and accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA, the level the Australian Human Rights Commission's 2025 guidelines point to.
Web & Mobile App Development
Booking systems, client portals and mobile apps for Melbourne businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. We build with the payment options Australians expect, such as Afterpay and Apple Pay, and design data handling around the Australian Privacy Principles from the first sprint.
Google Ads & PPC Management
Google Ads accounts that report enquiries and sales instead of clicks, with landing pages that respect the single price rule and, for health practitioners, AHPRA's advertising rules. LinkedIn where you're selling to CBD and Docklands firms.
Branding & Logo Design
Names, logos and identity systems for a city that takes design seriously enough to run Australia's largest annual design festival. We check a proposed name against IP Australia's trade mark register and your .com.au options before anyone gets attached to a logo.
CRM Implementation & Automation
HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce configured so web forms, calls and ad leads land in one place and get a fast reply, with follow-ups that meet the Spam Act's consent and unsubscribe rules and quotes that flow through to Xero or MYOB.
The Melbourne market
Melbourne is a city of suburbs, and search follows suit
Most Melbourne buyers search by suburb or region, not by city: “physio Brunswick”, “builder south-east suburbs”, “café near Flinders Street”. Metropolitan Melbourne is split into 31 local councils, and a plumber in Werribee and one in Ringwood are effectively in different markets.
So a single “Melbourne” page rarely ranks for much. Pages for the areas you genuinely serve, and reviews from customers in those suburbs, usually do more.
We write in Australian English: optimisation, colour, licence, enquiry. English isn’t the only language that matters, though. In the City of Hume, Arabic is the most common language spoken at home after English, according to the 2021 Census QuickStats, and Arabic SEO is everyday work for us.
Where Melbourne’s work happens
Each part of the city has its own buyers. The CBD and Docklands are dense with law firms, accountants, banks and consultancies selling to other businesses, while Parkville holds the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct and its hospitals and research institutes.
Cremorne is the tech story. The Victorian Government names Carsales, REA Group, MYOB and SEEK as residents and backed the Cremorne Digital Hub to grow the precinct. Startups there need product sites, web apps and B2B search more than Maps listings.
Richmond, Fitzroy, Collingwood, South Yarra and Brunswick run on hospitality and independent retail, with dozens of cafés and shops packed into a few blocks. In growth areas like Casey and Wyndham, trades compete across far wider distances.
The rules that shape Australian marketing
Australian advertising law is strict and enforced. Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law bans misleading or deceptive conduct, the ACCC pursues fake and manipulated reviews, and prices shown to consumers must be the total, GST included.
Some sectors carry more. Health practitioners answer to AHPRA, and the TGA bars advertising prescription medicines to the public. Colleges enrolling international students must show their CRICOS name and code on marketing material, and builders now answer to the Building and Plumbing Commission, which replaced the Victorian Building Authority on 1 July 2025.
Data has its own rules. The Privacy Act’s turnover threshold exempts many small businesses, but the OAIC is clear that health service providers are covered whatever their size. We plan for all of this before an ad is disapproved, not after.
Working with a studio in Dubai
You brief us on a mid-afternoon call. We work through our day, which is your late afternoon and evening, and you wake up to progress: a fixed page, a draft design, a campaign waiting for approval.
Our location-changer Chrome extension lets us see Google as a searcher in Richmond or Dandenong does, and Danish, who built our free Maps rank tracker, uses its geo-grid method to map where you appear across your suburbs.
Where to start
A café or clinic usually begins with local SEO for Melbourne suburbs. A firm selling across Victoria tends to start with search engine optimisation in Melbourne or Google Ads management in Melbourne. If the site is holding you back, look at website design and development in Melbourne, and if leads go quiet after the first enquiry, a CRM set up for Melbourne teams. Not sure which? Ask us and we’ll give you a straight answer.
Questions
Do you have an office in Melbourne?
No. We work from Dubai and run Melbourne projects remotely over video calls, shared documents and email. We'll show you comparable work from the Gulf and the United States and explain how we'd approach your market.
What hours can we reach you from Melbourne?
Dubai is UTC+4 with no daylight saving, so Melbourne is six hours ahead in winter and seven from 4 October 2026. Our morning is your afternoon: calls fit between about 3pm and 8pm Melbourne time, and the day's work is in your inbox the next morning.
Can you register a .com.au domain for our business?
We'll set it up, but it should be registered to you. auDA requires an Australian presence, such as an ABN or ACN, citizenship or residency, or an Australian trade mark exactly matching the domain. The licence stays in your name; we handle DNS, hosting and launch.
Is a remote agency a sensible choice for a Melbourne business?
It depends on what you need. If you want someone in your Southbank boardroom every week, hire locally. If you want SEO, websites, ads and CRM done carefully and reported clearly, that work happens at a screen anyway, and it moves forward while your office is closed.
Do Melbourne health clinics need to market differently?
Yes. Section 133 of the National Law, which AHPRA enforces, bans testimonials about clinical care, misleading claims and unreasonable expectations of benefit. Health providers are covered by the Privacy Act whatever their turnover, and Victoria's Health Records Act 2001 applies too. Copy, reviews and forms get planned around that.
What will it cost to work with you?
We don't publish set packages, because a Collingwood café and a Docklands law firm need very different things. We start with a free audit of your site and search visibility, talk it through on a call, then send a proposal scoped to what the audit found.
