Google Ads & PPC Management Agency in the UAE

We manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns for UAE and Gulf businesses from our Dubai team, and we start with tracking rather than keywords. Calls, WhatsApp clicks and form leads are measured before any budget goes live, and qualified leads from your CRM flow back into Google Ads so campaigns learn from enquiries that turn into sales.

What you get

Conversion tracking setup

GA4 and Google Tag Manager configured for form submissions, click-to-call, WhatsApp clicks and booking steps, then tested with real submissions before launch.

Google Search campaigns

Keyword and match-type structure built around buying intent, with negative keyword lists that keep job seekers, students and freebie hunters off your budget.

Performance Max and YouTube

Run where your conversion data is clean enough to steer them, with brand exclusions so they don't take credit for people already searching your name.

Meta and LinkedIn ads

Added when the audience is there: Meta for consumer offers and retargeting, LinkedIn for B2B roles that search can't isolate.

Offline conversion imports

Qualified-lead and closed-deal stages from your CRM sent back to Google Ads, so bidding favours the leads your sales team actually wants.

Landing pages in English and Arabic

Fast pages with one offer each, Arabic copy written for Arabic readers, and a tracked WhatsApp button where buyers expect it.

Lead-based reporting

A monthly report on qualified leads and pipeline by campaign, with search terms and changes explained in plain language.

The detail

Why we set up tracking before we touch a keyword

Google Ads optimises toward whatever you tell it counts as a conversion. If that’s a page view, a duplicated tag or a form that spam bots fill in, the bidding system will find you more of exactly that. So measurement comes first, and it’s the cheapest improvement most accounts will ever get.

Here’s a conversation we have a lot. The dashboard shows a healthy conversion count. The sales team says the leads are rubbish. Both are right: the account is counting thank-you page loads, including people who refresh, and scoring a bot’s form fill the same as a ready-to-buy enquiry.

So the first week of any engagement is measurement. We set up GA4 and Tag Manager events for each real enquiry (form submissions, calls from ads and from the site, WhatsApp clicks, booking steps), then send test leads through every one and check each lands once, in the right place. Our GA4 conversion goal generator and UTM builder are the same free tools we use on client accounts.

Leads, not clicks: what the campaigns learn from

The target is qualified leads and, where the sales cycle allows, closed deals. Clicks and click-through rate are diagnostics. We connect your CRM so that when sales marks a lead qualified or won, that outcome goes back into Google Ads as an offline conversion, and bidding starts favouring the searches that produce it.

Without that loop, the algorithm can only learn which searches fill in forms. With it, the algorithm learns which searches buy. For a property broker or an industrial supplier with a long sales cycle, that difference decides whether the account gets better over time or just busier.

If your CRM isn’t ready for it, our CRM implementation and automation work sets up the lead stages and the Google Ads connection together. Our lead-generation projects, such as WinHyCare, a medical cold-chain equipment supplier, and junkcars.cash, an auto recycler in Chicago, rest on the same idea: the form fill is where the sale starts, so it can’t be where measurement stops.

Which channels earn a share of the budget?

Google Search comes first for most businesses because it reaches people already looking. Performance Max, YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn each earn a place only when they suit the audience and the tracking can tell whether they’re working. Spreading a modest budget across every channel at once usually means none of them gets enough data to learn.

The rules that stop campaigns in regulated Gulf sectors

Healthcare, real estate and financial services campaigns in the Gulf answer to two rulebooks: Google’s ad policies and the local regulator. Miss either one and ads get disapproved, accounts get suspended, or a regulator fines you. We check both before launch and again whenever either changes, which happens often enough to make it a standing task.

Healthcare

Google restricts prescription medicines and some treatments under its healthcare and medicines policy. Its personalized advertising policy also treats health as a sensitive category, so ads promoting in it can’t use advertiser-built audiences such as Customer Match or your own remarketing segments. Clinics often find this out after planning a retargeting campaign. In Dubai, the DHA publishes standards for medical advertising content that rule out misleading claims and unrealistic promises, and we write ads and landing pages to them.

Real estate

Every property ad in Dubai needs a Trakheesi permit from the Dubai Land Department before it runs, and digital ads aren’t exempt. Abu Dhabi requires permits for online property ads through ADREC, verified on its Madhmoun platform. In Saudi Arabia, REGA issues an advertising licence per property through its FAL platform. Campaigns get built around permitted listings, and our real estate marketing page covers the sector in more depth.

Financial services

Google’s financial products and services policy requires disclosures such as your physical address, and advertiser verification in a growing list of countries. Ad copy also has to stay inside what your licence allows, whether it comes from the Central Bank of the UAE, the SCA, the DFSA in DIFC or the FSRA in ADGM.

Arabic ads and the page after the click

Arabic ads should be written in Arabic by someone who’d say them out loud, not translated from the English set. Gulf searchers use different words for the same service in each language, and an Arabic ad that lands on an English page wastes the click. Each language gets its own ad groups, copy and landing page.

The landing page does much of the converting. One offer per page. The WhatsApp button and phone number visible without scrolling. A form that asks only for what sales needs. Fast on a phone. Right-to-left pages need their own testing, since phone fields, icons and form validation often break when a template flips direction.

We build these pages ourselves as part of our website design and development work, or brief your developer with exact specs.

Is PPC management a fit for your business?

PPC management suits businesses with a clear offer, a sales team that answers leads quickly, and enough budget to run long enough to learn. It’s a poor fit if enquiries sit unanswered overnight, or if your margins can’t cover what a lead costs in your sector. Fixing either of those first will do more than any campaign.

Ads also pair well with organic search. They bring in demand today while SEO services build the rankings that lower your dependence on paid clicks over time, and the search terms report from a live campaign often beats any keyword tool for finding what buyers really type.

Click costs, competitors and permit rules shift between emirates and countries, so each city page covers its own market:

How we work

  1. 01

    Tracking audit

We check what your account currently counts as a conversion. If it's page views or a duplicated tag, Google has been optimising for the wrong thing.

  2. 02

    Fix measurement

Tags, GA4 events, call and WhatsApp tracking and the CRM connection go in, and each is tested with a real submission.

  3. 03

    Policy and permit check

For healthcare, property and financial services we check Google's policies and local advertising permits before launch, so ads aren't disapproved on day one.

  4. 04

    Build or restructure

Campaigns, keywords, negatives, ads and landing pages built around the leads you want, in the languages your buyers search in.

  5. 05

    Optimise weekly, report monthly

Search terms, bids and ads reviewed every week; once a month we tie spend to qualified leads and deals.

Questions

What does PPC management include?

Account structure, keyword research, ad copy, bidding, landing pages, conversion tracking and weekly optimisation, reported against leads. For regulated sectors we add policy and permit checks, and we connect your CRM so qualified leads feed back into Google Ads.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

Enough to gather useful data on your main keywords, which depends on what clicks cost in your sector and how many clicks it takes to win a lead. We estimate that from keyword data and your close rate before you commit, and scope our management after a free account review.

Why are my Google Ads getting clicks but no leads?

Usually it's one of three things: you're paying for search terms buyers don't use, the landing page doesn't match the ad, or tracking counts the wrong action. Open the search terms report first. It's often full of queries you'd never have chosen.

Can you track WhatsApp leads from Google Ads?

Yes. WhatsApp button clicks become conversions in GA4 and Google Ads, and when your WhatsApp Business number is connected to a CRM we can tie each conversation back to the campaign that started it.

Do you run Google Ads for clinics?

Yes, with care. Google restricts some health products and claims and limits the audiences you can use for health ads, and medical advertising in Dubai has its own DHA standards. We check both before writing a single ad.

Can property brokers advertise on Google in the UAE?

Yes, within the permit rules. Property ads in Dubai need a Trakheesi permit from the Dubai Land Department, and Abu Dhabi requires permits for online property ads through ADREC. We build campaigns around permitted listings and show permit details where required.

Should I use Performance Max?

Sometimes. It works when conversion tracking is accurate and there's enough conversion volume to learn from. On a new account with weak tracking it tends to drift toward cheap placements and your own brand searches. We usually start with Search and add it later.

Do you manage campaigns outside the UAE?

Yes. We work from Dubai and manage campaigns remotely for any GCC market, the United States and Australia. Each country gets its own keywords, ad copy and policy check, because the rules and the competition differ.
