Mecca, Saudi Arabia Google Ads
Google Ads and PPC Management in Makkah (Mecca)
We manage Google Ads and paid social for Makkah hotels, Umrah companies, transport operators and retailers. Campaigns are built one source market at a time, in that market's language, with landing pages that match each search and confirmed bookings fed back from your CRM, so the bidding learns what a real pilgrim looks like. We run everything remotely from Dubai.

Market-by-market structure
Separate campaigns for each source country, so budgets, languages and bids reflect that market alone.
Search, Performance Max and YouTube
Search for high-intent package and hotel queries, Performance Max where your data supports it, and YouTube retargeting for long planning cycles.
Matching landing pages
A landing page per market and offer, in the searcher's language, with the inclusions and trust details pilgrims check first.
Offline conversion import
Confirmed bookings from your CRM sent back to Google Ads, so campaigns optimise for travelling pilgrims, not form fills.

Seasonal budget planning
Budgets set per market against the Hijri calendar and school holidays in each source country.
Google Ads in Mecca
Where Makkah ad budgets go wrong
The wasted spend we find in Makkah accounts usually comes from three things: one campaign trying to cover every country, landing pages that don’t match the search, and tracking that counts clicks instead of bookings. PPC management here means fixing those first, then growing the markets that bring paying pilgrims.
The competition is unusual too. You’re bidding not only against other Makkah businesses but against agents in every source country, many of them selling packages that include your hotel or your transfers.
One market at a time
A pilgrim in Karachi, one in Kuala Lumpur and one in Birmingham search in different languages, at different times, with different expectations of what a package includes. We build a campaign per market, with its own language, budget, keywords and landing page.
Each market also keeps its own planning rhythm. Families in some countries book months ahead around school holidays, while others decide within weeks. The campaign calendar follows that market rather than one global schedule.
Starting narrow is cheaper and faster to learn from. Once one market books reliably, we carry what worked into the next.
Landing pages that match the search
A pilgrim searching for a Ramadan Umrah package with a hotel near the Haram should land on exactly that: dates, hotel, walking distance, inclusions and who you are. Sending every ad to the homepage loses most of them.
We build a landing page per market and offer, in the searcher’s language and fast on mobile, with a WhatsApp button and a short form. Trust details sit near the top: company registration, licence details if you serve pilgrims from abroad, and reviews.
Feeding real bookings back into Google
Google’s bidding learns from whatever you tell it counts as success. If that’s a form fill, it finds people who fill in forms. We connect your CRM so confirmed bookings flow back as offline conversions, and the system learns to find pilgrims who actually travel. Consistent campaign names make that reporting readable, so we agree a naming scheme before launch.
Rules we build campaigns around
Hajj is sold only through official channels in each country, so we don’t advertise Hajj packages unless you’re authorised for that market. Umrah offers have to match what you can really deliver alongside Nusuk and under your Ministry of Hajj and Umrah licence. Ads must follow Google’s policies on misleading claims, and the forms behind them must respect Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law.

Selected work
How we work
- 01
Tracking audit
We check what your account currently counts as a conversion. If it's page views or a duplicated tag, Google has been optimising for the wrong thing.
- 02
Fix measurement
Tags, GA4 events, call and WhatsApp tracking and the CRM connection go in, and each is tested with a real submission.
- 03
Policy and permit check
For healthcare, property and financial services we check Google's policies and local advertising permits before launch, so ads aren't disapproved on day one.
- 04
Build or restructure
Campaigns, keywords, negatives, ads and landing pages built around the leads you want, in the languages your buyers search in.
- 05
Optimise weekly, report monthly
Search terms, bids and ads reviewed every week; once a month we tie spend to qualified leads and deals.
Questions
Can we advertise Hajj packages on Google?
Only if you're authorised to sell Hajj in that market through its official channels. Many countries run Hajj through a national quota and approved operators, and some use Nusuk Hajj. We won't run Hajj ads for a business that can't legally deliver them, and we check before building any campaign.
Why are our Umrah ads getting clicks but no bookings?
Usually one of three reasons: the ads run in markets or languages your team can't serve, the landing page doesn't match the search, or tracking counts clicks rather than bookings. An audit of your account and landing pages normally shows which.
Should we target pilgrims in Pakistan, Indonesia or the UK first?
Start where your bookings and partners already are. Each market has different competition, languages and booking habits. We'd make one market work reliably, then use what we learn there to open the next.
Is Performance Max a good fit for Umrah companies?
Sometimes. It needs reliable conversion data, ideally confirmed bookings from your CRM. Without that it tends to chase cheap, low-quality leads. We usually start with Search, add offline conversion import, then test Performance Max against it.
Do you advertise on Meta and YouTube too?
Where they fit. YouTube retargeting helps pilgrims who research for weeks, and Meta works well for group and family packages in some markets. We decide market by market and measure everything against confirmed bookings.
How much does PPC management cost for a Makkah business?
It depends on how many markets and languages you advertise in and the state of your account and tracking. We start with a free account review, then scope management and suggest a budget per market.
