Industries Construction & MEP
Construction Website Design & Contractor SEO
We design construction and contractor websites, run contractor SEO and set up construction CRM pipelines for main contractors, MEP and fit-out companies, and specialist subcontractors. Our Dubai team builds for two readers: the homeowner or facilities manager searching today, and the consultant checking whether you're fit to prequalify.
Start a projectWhat we do for Construction & MEP
SEO Services
Contractor SEO for the trade terms buyers type, such as 'MEP contractor', 'waterproofing company' or 'villa renovation', and their Arabic equivalents. A page per trade and sector, project pages that back them up, and technical fixes for the heavy image galleries most construction sites carry.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Google Business Profiles for fit-out, renovation, pool and maintenance contractors who sell to owners and facilities managers: service areas set properly, before-and-after photos from real jobs, review requests sent after handover, and geo-grid tracking across the districts you actually cover.
Website Design & Development
Contractor website design with project pages that show real work (sector, scope, location, your role), a prequalification section with licences and certificates, team and plant pages, and separate enquiry routes for tender invitations and direct jobs. English and Arabic, and quick on a site engineer's phone.
Google Ads & PPC Management
Google Ads for contractors selling directly to owners: renovation, fit-out, swimming pools and maintenance contracts. Campaigns split by service and area, call and WhatsApp tracking, and negative keywords that keep out job seekers and suppliers. We'll tell you if your work comes through tenders and ads won't pay.
Branding & Logo Design
Company profiles, identity systems and site hoarding designs that look like the same firm on a tender submission, a crane banner and a website. Bilingual logotypes for firms bidding in Saudi Arabia, and a short brand guide your subcontractors and print suppliers can follow.
CRM Implementation & Automation
Construction CRM with two pipelines: tenders (invitation, prequalification, clarifications, submission, award) and direct enquiries (site visit, quote, follow-up). Estimators see deadlines, directors see win rates by sector and client, and WhatsApp enquiries from site land in the same place as email.
The detail
Two people read a construction website
Construction website design has to serve two very different visitors. One is an owner or facilities manager with a job to give out this month, deciding whether to call. The other is a consultant, client or main contractor checking whether you’re qualified to be invited to tender. Most construction sites serve neither, because they were built as an online brochure.
Picture a consultant’s procurement team in Riyadh assembling a tender list for a hospital MEP package. They open your site to check four things: your licences and classification, comparable projects with your scope, your certifications, and who leads the work. If they can’t find those in two minutes, they move on, and you never learn they visited.
The homeowner in Arabian Ranches looking for a villa extension wants something else entirely: photos of finished work on similar villas, how the process runs, and a phone number someone answers.
What prequalification teams look for
A project page is the most valuable page on a contractor’s website, if it’s honest. Compare a page that says “Office tower, Dubai” over a render with one that names the sector, your scope (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting), your role (MEP subcontractor to the main contractor), the year you completed, and photos taken on site. Only the second one helps anyone decide.
What we put on every contractor site:
- Project pages by sector, with your role and scope, built photos, and client and consultant names where you have permission.
- A prequalification page with your trade licence, classification, the ISO certificates you actually hold, HSE policy, insurance and a company profile download.
- Team pages for project directors and key engineers, because clients prequalify people as well as companies.
- Two enquiry routes, so a tender invitation doesn’t sit in the same queue as a request to fix a leaking roof.
That’s the core of our contractor website development work. For Saudi firms, see website design in Riyadh.
How contractors get found on Google
Contractor SEO splits by who’s buying. Owners and facilities managers search locally: a trade plus an area, such as “waterproofing company Dubai” or مقاول ترميم فلل الرياض, and they choose from the map pack and the first few results. Main contractors and consultants research: they search a specialism such as facade or fire protection subcontractors, then check your projects.
For the local side, three things matter most. A Google Business Profile with the right primary category (general contractor, HVAC contractor, swimming pool contractor and so on). Service areas that match where you’ll actually send a crew. And reviews requested at handover, when the client is happiest. We track map rankings street by street with GBP Rank Tracker, our free geo-grid tool, since a fit-out company in Al Quoz might top the map next door and not appear at all in Jumeirah.
For the B2B side, the work is a page per trade and sector you want, supported by project pages that prove it. Most of our SEO for contractors starts with fixing image-heavy galleries that make every page slow.
Licences, tenders and rules that shape your marketing
The activities on your trade licence define what you can be hired to do, so they should define what you advertise. Marketing a service your licence doesn’t cover invites trouble with the licensing authority and with prequalification teams, who check. Our UAE business activity selector is a quick way to compare activities before you write service pages.
Government and semi-government work has its own front door. In Abu Dhabi, suppliers register on the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate, and many tenders weigh an In-Country Value (ICV) certificate under the national programme run by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology. In Saudi Arabia, government tenders run through the Etimad platform, and contractors register with the Saudi Contractors Authority. None of these are won by SEO. They are won faster when your website already holds everything a procurement officer wants to verify.
Paid search has rules too. Google says some locations restrict ads for local services or require advanced verification before they run, so we check that for each market before launching campaigns, including for clients in the US and Australia.
A construction CRM built around tenders
A construction CRM tracks tenders and enquiries from first contact to award and beyond: who invited you, when the submission is due, which estimator owns it, what you bid and why you won or lost. Generic sales CRMs assume a short sales cycle. Contractors need stages that match how tendering actually works.
We set up HubSpot or Zoho with two pipelines. Tenders move through invitation, bid or no-bid, prequalification, clarifications, submission and award. Direct enquiries move through site visit, quote and follow-up. Deadlines trigger reminders to estimators, lost tenders require a reason, and repeat clients are flagged when their next project is announced.
The payoff arrives in year two, when you can see your win rate by client, consultant and sector, and stop pricing work you never win. Our construction CRM setup also connects the website and WhatsApp, so enquiries from the field don’t live on one manager’s phone.
Mistakes we see on contractor websites
Renders presented as completed work. Clients notice, and so do the consultants who designed the real building.
Client logo walls with no context. Logos without permission or a matching project page raise questions instead of answering them.
“We do everything” service lists. Specialists win prequalification; generalists get filtered out.
Galleries that take a minute to load. Uncompressed site photos are the most common speed problem we fix.
Forms with fifteen required fields. A homeowner with a burst pipe won’t fill them in.
No Arabic for firms bidding in Saudi Arabia. It reads as a firm that doesn’t plan to stay.
If you sell to owners in Dubai, Google Ads management in Dubai covers the paid side, and developers and brokers will find their own sector on our real estate marketing page.
Questions
What should a construction company website include?
Project pages with your real scope and role, a prequalification section with licences, certifications and a company profile download, service pages per trade and sector, team profiles, and two enquiry routes: one for tender invitations and one for direct jobs. Then make it load quickly on a phone.
How do contractors get more leads from Google?
Contractors selling to owners win through local search: a complete Google Business Profile, a page for each service and area, reviews after every handover, and ads on high-intent terms. Contractors selling to main contractors and consultants win through specialist pages and project evidence that rank when buyers research a trade.
Is a CRM worth it for a contractor that wins work through tenders?
Yes, if it's set up for tendering. Knowing every open tender, its deadline, its estimator and its outcome prevents missed submissions, and after a year you can see which clients, consultants and sectors you actually win with. A generic sales pipeline won't show you that.
Can we show projects covered by a confidentiality agreement?
Often, in part. We can describe the sector, scope and your role without naming the client or showing identifying photos, or wait until the client approves. We never publish client names, logos or images you don't have permission to use.
Should a contractor spend money on Google Ads?
If you sell renovation, fit-out, pools or maintenance directly to owners, usually yes, with tight targeting and call tracking. If your work comes through tenders and prequalification, ads are rarely the right spend; a strong website and relationships with consultants matter more.
Do you work with contractors in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, remotely from Dubai. Saudi contractors need Arabic-first websites, pages that reflect their registration and classification, and project evidence that procurement teams on Etimad tenders and private projects can check quickly.
Can our website speed up prequalification?
It can. A prequalification page with current documents, certifications and comparable projects lets a procurement team check you before they ask, and gives your business development team one link to send instead of a heavy email attachment.
