Dental & Specialist Clinic Marketing
We do dental marketing for dentists and specialist clinics: dental SEO, dentist local SEO on Google Maps, dentist website design, Google Ads and patient follow-up. We're based in Dubai and work with practices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf, and we plan results galleries and reviews around what health regulators allow.

SEO Services
Dental SEO built on one page per treatment that answers what patients actually worry about: pain, number of visits, who does the work, risks and aftercare. Dermatology, physiotherapy and eye clinics get the same treatment-by-treatment approach, reviewed by the treating clinician.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Dentist local SEO starts with the primary category (Dentist, Cosmetic dentist, Orthodontist, Dermatologist) and a services list written in patients' words. We scan your treatment keywords on a geo-grid around the practice and give reception a review routine that takes seconds per patient.
Website Design & Development
Dentist website design with online booking, dentist profiles, treatment pages, a consented results gallery and click-to-WhatsApp on every screen. Fast on a phone, bilingual where your patients need it, and simple for your team to add a new treatment page.
Google Ads & PPC Management
Search campaigns for high-intent treatments such as implants, clear aligners and emergency appointments, each landing on its own treatment page. We track calls and WhatsApp chats through to booked consultations and keep ad wording inside health advertising rules.
Branding & Logo Design
Names, logos and identities for practices that want to feel calm and clinical without looking like every other white-and-teal dental brand. We design bilingual logotypes and carry the identity through the website, social templates and patient forms.
CRM Implementation & Automation
A clinic CRM that catches every enquiry, sends WhatsApp reminders before appointments, follows up on treatment plans patients haven't booked, and asks for a review after the visit. It sits beside your practice management software instead of trying to replace it.
The detail
Why dental marketing is won within a few kilometres
Most people choose a dentist the way they choose a pharmacy: close, open, well reviewed. Someone with a cracked tooth on a Friday morning searches “emergency dentist near me” and calls one of the three practices Google shows on the map. Ranking there decides more new-patient calls than any brand campaign.
That’s why dentist local SEO comes first in almost every clinic engagement we take on. The usual problems are dull and fixable. The primary category is “Medical clinic” instead of “Dentist”, or treatments aren’t listed as services, or the last review is from last year. A dental group in Sharjah can rank first in Al Majaz and vanish in Al Nahda, which is why we measure on a grid with the same method as our free GBP Rank Tracker heatmaps. See Maps rankings for Sharjah businesses for how that plays out in one city.
What dental SEO looks like when it works
Organic search is where patients research the expensive, scary treatments: implants, veneers, root canal, aligners. They aren’t looking for a slogan. They want to know whether it hurts, how many visits it takes, what can go wrong, and who will actually do it.
So we build one page per treatment, written with or reviewed by the dentist who performs it. Each one answers those questions plainly, names the clinician, and links to their profile. Arabic pages get their own keyword research, because patients in Riyadh or Abu Dhabi don’t phrase “teeth whitening” as a literal translation. FAQ sections go on the page in visible text, marked up with FAQ schema so search engines and AI answers can read them.
Results galleries, testimonials and reviews: what the rules allow
Before-and-after photos sell cosmetic dentistry, and they’re the content regulators watch most closely. Dubai’s DHA standards for medical advertising on social media require:
- the same patient in both images, the same lens, and no retouching;
- a statement that results may vary between individuals, plus the risks, in the same font size as the post;
- documented written consent, limited to the use and period the patient agreed to;
- no patient testimonials without that written consent.
UAE federal health advertising rules go further on wording. Phrases such as “pain free”, “permanent”, “guaranteed” and promised recovery times don’t get approved, so a caption like “pain-free implants in one day” fails twice.
Google reviews are a different matter. You can and should ask every patient, but Google’s content policy for Maps bans incentives, bans asking only satisfied patients, and bans pressuring people on the premises. A direct review link sent by WhatsApp after the visit is the compliant version that works.
Dentist website design: the pages that turn searches into bookings
A dentist’s website has one job: get a worried person from a search result to a booked slot. On a phone, that means booking or WhatsApp within one thumb’s reach on every page, opening hours and the emergency line visible without scrolling, and directions with parking details.
Then the trust layer. Dentist profiles list the qualifications and titles your regulator recognises, the languages each dentist speaks, and the treatments they perform. In Saudi Arabia that line matters legally, since the healthcare professions law bars practitioners from using titles they haven’t earned. Our clinic website builds include these templates so the practice can add a dentist or a treatment without calling a developer.
Specialist clinics: dermatology, physiotherapy, fertility and eye care
Specialist clinics share the dental playbook, with two differences. Patients research longer, sometimes for months, and they often arrive via a referral or a second opinion. So condition pages need more depth, doctor profiles carry more weight, and a referrer page that tells GPs how to send patients can be worth more than an ad campaign.
Dermatology sits on the line between medicine and beauty. Aesthetic treatments pull in the cosmetic-procedure rules on ad platforms, which we cover on our beauty and salon marketing page. For the wider regulatory picture across hospitals, suppliers and health brands, our healthcare marketing overview has the full table.
Mistakes we see in clinic marketing
- Promoting “the best dentist in town”. Superlatives like that are exactly what health advertising rules reject.
- One page listing twenty treatments, so none of them ranks.
- Reception asking for reviews only when a patient seems delighted.
- Results photos lifted from a supplier’s brochure instead of your own consented cases.
- No tracking on phone calls, which is how most dental patients book.
If you run a practice in Dubai, our page on Dubai healthcare and clinic marketing covers DHA approval and the districts that matter. Everywhere else, the Google Maps and local SEO service is the usual starting point.
Questions
How do dentists get more patients from Google Maps?
Set the right primary category, list every treatment as a service, add real photos of the clinic and team, and ask every patient for a review through a direct link. Then measure on a geo-grid, because a practice can rank first on its own street and drop off the map a few kilometres away.
Can a dental clinic post before-and-after photos in Dubai?
Yes, within DHA's rules. Both photos must show the same patient, taken with the same lens and without editing, with a disclaimer that results vary between individuals plus the risks, in the same font size as the rest of the post. You also need the patient's written consent.
Should each dentist have their own Google Business Profile?
Google allows a practitioner profile when the dentist is public-facing and can be contacted at that location during stated hours. A solo dentist is usually better merged into the practice profile. Group practices can benefit from both, as long as categories are set correctly and listings don't duplicate.
Can we reward patients for leaving a Google review?
No. Google's policy bans offering discounts, free treatment or payment in exchange for reviews, and bans asking only happy patients. Ask everyone, make it easy with a direct link, and don't pressure people in the chair. Reply to every review without confirming any treatment details.
What pages does a dentist website need?
A page for each main treatment, a profile for each dentist with their regulator-recognised qualifications and languages, an insurance and payment information page, emergency appointment details, a results gallery with consent and disclaimers, and booking that works on a phone. Location and parking details matter more than most clinics think.
Is SEO for a dermatology or specialist clinic different from dental SEO?
The method is the same, but the research period is longer and the stakes feel higher to the patient. Specialist clinics need deeper condition pages, clearer doctor credentials and content for referrers. Dental searches are more often urgent and local, so Maps carries more of the weight.
How long does dental SEO take to show results?
Profile and category fixes can move Maps rankings within weeks. Treatment pages usually take a few months to rank, longer in dense areas where many clinics compete for the same searches. We show progress on the grid and in booked appointments each month rather than promising a date.
