Industries Legal & Law Firms
Law Firm SEO & Marketing
We run law firm SEO, design law firm websites and plan legal marketing for firms in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and abroad. Our Dubai team works on the searches that bring in instructions, from 'labour lawyer Dubai' to the Arabic queries most agencies skip, inside the conduct rules that govern how lawyers may promote themselves.

SEO Services
Law firm SEO built practice area by practice area: keyword research in English and Arabic, one strong page for each area you want instructions in, author pages for every lawyer with their admissions, and guides your lawyers review before publication. We report enquiries by practice area, not just rankings.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Law firm local SEO for offices that see clients in person: a Google Business Profile for the firm and, where Google allows it, for each client-facing lawyer, categories matched to each practice, review requests that respect your conduct rules, and geo-grid tracking for 'lawyer near me' searches around every office.
AI SEO & GEO
When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews whether they need a lawyer for a tenancy or labour dispute, your firm's answer should be the one cited. That takes plain question-and-answer pages, consistent firm and lawyer entities across the web, and schema naming your practice areas.
Website Design & Development
Law firm website design with lawyer profiles, bilingual practice area pages in properly built right-to-left Arabic, intake forms that stop at conflict-check details, consultation booking, and privacy handling for UAE and Saudi data protection law. Fast on a phone, because that's where most people in legal trouble start looking.
Google Ads & PPC Management
Google Ads for law firms with a landing page per practice area, copy checked against Google's policies and your bar's conduct rules, negative keywords that filter out job seekers and free-advice hunters, and call and WhatsApp tracking that ties spend to consultations booked.
CRM Implementation & Automation
Legal intake in HubSpot or Zoho: every web form, call and WhatsApp message logged against a matter type, routed to the right lawyer, held for a conflict check before anyone replies in detail, and followed up if the prospective client goes quiet after a first consultation.
The detail
How do clients choose a law firm online?
Most clients choose a lawyer in two steps: a search that produces a shortlist, then a few minutes on each firm’s website deciding who to call. The search is driven by the problem (“unpaid gratuity”, “rental dispute Dubai”). The website visit is driven by trust: who the lawyers are, where they’re licensed, which courts they appear in and which languages they speak.
Picture an engineer whose employer stopped paying his salary two months ago. At eleven at night he types “labour lawyer Dubai”, then the same question in Arabic, and opens four tabs. He doesn’t read your firm history. He looks for a page about his exact problem, a lawyer’s face and name, and a way to ask a question on WhatsApp without committing to a fee.
A general counsel choosing outside counsel for a DIFC Courts dispute already has three names from colleagues and uses your site to check them. Law firm marketing has to serve both visitors.
What law firm SEO looks like, practice area by practice area
Law firm SEO works one practice area at a time. Each area you want instructions in needs its own page, written for the searches people make, signed by the lawyer who does the work, and backed by answers to the questions clients ask before they call. A single “Services” page listing twelve areas ranks for none of them.
Legal searches fall into three groups, and we plan content for each:
- Problem searches such as “can my employer cancel my visa” or “how to file a bounced cheque case”. Most clients start here, and they need plain answers reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
- Practice area plus place, such as “family lawyer Abu Dhabi” or محامي قضايا تجارية الرياض. These need a strong page and, for walk-in work, a strong map listing.
- Name searches, when a referral checks your firm or a partner. Your profiles, your Business Profile and AI answers have to agree with each other.
Google treats legal content as advice that can change someone’s life, so it looks hard for evidence of real expertise. In practice that means author pages for each lawyer listing their admissions, a named reviewer on every guide, and no anonymous blog posts.
For firms with walk-in clients, law firm local SEO matters as much as the website. Google’s guidelines let client-facing practitioners such as lawyers have their own Business Profile and include credentials in the name. We track “lawyer near me” style searches on a geo-grid with our free GBP Rank Tracker, because a firm in Business Bay can rank well at its own door and vanish two districts away.
What may lawyers say when they promote themselves?
In the UAE, lawyers may market their practice, but not in a way that offends the ethics of the profession. Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022, which regulates advocacy and legal consultancy, prohibits an advocate from promoting himself or herself in any manner contrary to those ethics, including enticement through intermediaries (Article 45(1)(h)).
Dubai’s Legal Affairs Department sharpened the point in Circular No. 1 of 2024, calling on licensed firms to stop representatives, intermediaries and staff from soliciting work in ways inconsistent with the dignity of the profession. We read that plainly: no cold WhatsApp blasts, no commission-paid “consultants” handing out cards, no ads written as if the outcome is certain.
In Saudi Arabia lawyers are licensed by the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Bar Association sets professional standards, so we ask your compliance lead to confirm the current position before anything promotional goes live. US clients follow their state bar’s version of the ABA Model Rules on lawyer advertising (Rules 7.1 to 7.3), which ban misleading communications and restrict direct solicitation.
Our default copy rules, whatever the jurisdiction:
- No promised outcomes, success rates or “we always win”.
- No client testimonials until you’ve confirmed your regulator allows them.
- Every claim about experience has to be true and checkable.
- A clear note that a website enquiry doesn’t create a lawyer-client relationship.
Can law firms run Google Ads?
Yes. Google has no general certification for law firms, and its legal-sector restrictions are narrow. Bail bond services are banned outright. Ads selling help to obtain government documents, such as visa or residency applications, fall under Google’s policy on government documents and official services, which only certified government bodies and authorised providers can run.
So a firm can bid on “employment lawyer Dubai” today. The work is in the detail: a landing page per practice area, copy that passes Google’s misrepresentation rules and your bar’s rules, and call tracking that separates clients from people wanting free advice. Our Google Ads team for professional firms adds negatives such as “free”, “jobs” and “course” on day one.
What a law firm website has to do
A law firm website has four jobs: show which problems you handle, prove who handles them, take an enquiry without exposing confidential facts, and load quickly on a phone. Law firm website design that looks like a brochure, gavel photos included, does none of the four.
What we build into every law firm site:
- Lawyer profiles with admissions, courts and languages, linked from every page that lawyer wrote.
- Practice area pages in English and Arabic, laid out properly right to left rather than run through a translation plugin.
- An intake form that asks for the matter type and the other party’s name for a conflict check, and tells people not to send confidential facts yet.
- Consultation booking and WhatsApp that land in a CRM, so a partner’s inbox isn’t the intake system.
- Data protection built for the UAE’s PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), DIFC or ADGM rules if you’re licensed there, or Saudi Arabia’s PDPL.
We build on Astro, Next.js or WordPress through our law firm website development work, and connect the forms to a CRM configured for legal intake with matter types, conflict-check stages and follow-up reminders.
Mistakes we see on law firm websites
Content nobody signs. Unsigned legal guides are weak for Google and for readers. Put a lawyer’s name on each one and have that lawyer review it.
“Best lawyer in Dubai” headlines. Superlatives invite regulator attention, and readers stopped believing them years ago.
English only. Plenty of people with urgent legal problems search in Arabic, and the firm that answers in Arabic is often the one that gets the call.
Nothing for AI answers. People now ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews whether they need a lawyer for a rental dispute. Firms with clear, well-structured answers get named. Our AI SEO service covers that side. For the map, see local SEO in Dubai, and for Saudi practices, SEO for firms in Riyadh.
Questions
Can law firms advertise in the UAE?
Yes, within limits. Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 bars advocates from promoting themselves in ways that breach the ethics of the profession, including enticement through intermediaries. A clear website, useful legal content and properly worded ads are normal. Touts, paid finders and promised outcomes are not.
Is SEO allowed under lawyers' conduct rules?
SEO is the work of publishing accurate, useful information about your lawyers and practice areas so people can find it, which is the kind of promotion conduct rules expect. The risk sits in the wording: guarantees, comparisons with other firms and claims you can't prove. We write within your regulator's rules and your compliance partner signs off.
Should each lawyer have their own Google Business Profile?
Google allows a separate profile for a lawyer who deals with clients directly at a verified office during stated hours, with credentials in the name. Where several lawyers work from one office, the firm keeps its own profile as well. A lawyer who is the only public-facing professional at a branded firm shares one profile with it.
Who writes the legal content on our site?
We research the searches and draft the pages in plain English and Arabic. A qualified lawyer at your firm reviews every piece and is named on it as author or reviewer. We don't publish legal guidance that nobody at the firm has checked.
Can you run Google Ads for visa and immigration work?
Often, with care. Ads offering to obtain government documents such as visas fall under Google's government documents and official services policy, which only certified government bodies and authorised providers may run. Ads for legal advice on an immigration problem are usually treated differently, so we keep the copy and landing page clearly about advice.
How long before law firm SEO brings in enquiries?
A firm with a few strong practice area pages and a tidy Business Profile usually sees map and long-tail movement within a few months. Broad terms such as 'lawyer Dubai' take longer and depend on the content and genuine mentions the firm builds.
Do you work with law firms outside the UAE?
Yes. We work from Dubai with firms in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the wider Gulf, and remotely with firms in the United States and Australia. Conduct rules change by jurisdiction, so every engagement starts by agreeing the rules your copy has to follow.
