AI SEO Agency in Dubai
We're a Dubai-based AI SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) team. We test what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google's AI Overviews say when someone asks for a business like yours in Dubai, then fix what those answers are built from: your details in English and Arabic, schema, answer-first pages, directory listings and reviews.

AI visibility audit in English and Arabic
A fixed set of buyer prompts, run repeatedly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and AI Overviews, recording who gets named and which pages get cited.
One entity, two scripts
Your English and Arabic names, address and description made to match across your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and UAE directories, so models see one business.
Schema that states the facts
Organization and LocalBusiness markup carrying your licensed name, your Arabic name as an alternate, your service area and the profiles that confirm who you are.
Answer-first pages
Service pages and FAQs rewritten so the opening lines under each heading answer a buyer's question directly, which is the part AI answers tend to quote.
Citations, mentions and reviews
Accurate listings on the directories that AI answers cite for your category, review requests that invite specific detail, and coverage in UAE trade and business media.
Bing indexing and monthly re-tests
Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow set up, since ChatGPT's web search draws on Bing, then the same prompt set re-run every month so you can see movement.
AI SEO in Dubai
“Which company in Dubai should I use for this?”
A facilities manager in Business Bay needs a fit-out contractor for a new floor. A few years ago she’d have searched Google and opened five tabs. Now she asks ChatGPT for three options with reasons, reads the answer, and sends a WhatsApp message to the one that sounds right.
That answer is a shortlist you never got to pitch for. AI assistants name a handful of businesses and explain why, using whatever they can find and trust about each one. If the facts about you are thin, inconsistent or missing, you’re not on it, and you’ll never see the conversation that left you out. AI SEO is the work of getting onto that shortlist with an accurate description.
Dubai businesses have noticed: searches like “ai seo services dubai” and “geo agency in dubai” now show up in our own Search Console.
Where Dubai AI answers come from
Each assistant builds its answer from a different mix of sources, so the fixes differ too.
- ChatGPT runs its web searches partly through Bing’s index. Pages Bing hasn’t indexed are much harder for it to cite, so we set up Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow. Bing’s AI Performance report now shows how often your pages are cited in Copilot and Bing’s AI answers.
- Google’s AI Overviews and Gemini draw on Google’s own index. Google brought AI Overviews to the region in Arabic and English in 2025, so for many Dubai searches the summary now sits above your organic listing. Solid SEO is the entry ticket here.
- Perplexity shows its sources openly, which makes it a quick way to see which pages an AI answer leaned on.
- All of them read third-party pages: directories, “top companies in Dubai” roundups, review platforms, news coverage, LinkedIn. In many of the Dubai prompts we test, those pages get cited more often than the businesses’ own websites.
To see what a Dubai searcher sees when we’re testing from elsewhere, we use the Search Location Changer extension we built.
One business, two names
Every mainland trade name in Dubai is registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism in both English and Arabic. So your company has two official names, and every AI model has to work out that they belong to the same business.
It often fails. The English site says “Al Noor”, the Google Business Profile says “Alnoor”, an Arabic directory carries the Arabic name with a third English spelling underneath, and an old listing still shows the Deira office you moved out of years ago. The model either splits you into several weak entities or blends you with a similarly named company in another emirate.
The fix is unglamorous:
- Pick one canonical English name and one Arabic name, both matching the licence.
- Use them everywhere, including your site footer, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and every directory.
- Mark them up with Organization schema, using
alternateNamefor the Arabic andsameAsfor your profiles. Our Organization schema generator builds the code. - Make sure your Arabic pages say the same things as the English ones. A content parity check catches the gaps.
How we run an AI visibility audit
- Build the prompt set. A few dozen questions your buyers actually ask, in English and Arabic: recommendation requests, comparisons, cost questions, and questions about you by name.
- Run each prompt several times. AI answers change from one run to the next, so a single screenshot proves nothing. We test on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google’s AI Overviews.
- Record names and sources. Who gets recommended, what’s said about them, and which URLs the answer cites.
- Turn gaps into tasks. Missing from Arabic answers? Described with an old address? Absent from the directory every answer cites? Each finding becomes a specific fix.
- Re-test monthly with the same prompts, so you can watch the shortlist change.
Reviews and directories now speak for you
When an assistant explains why it recommends a Dubai business, it often paraphrases what customers wrote: “quick to respond on WhatsApp”, “good with Arabic-speaking families”, “delivered to Abu Dhabi the next day”. A wall of five-star reviews that just say “great service” gives it nothing to repeat.
So we set up review requests that invite detail, such as which service and which area, without scripting the words. On the directory side, the ones that matter depend on your sector: Clutch for agencies and software firms, Bayut and Property Finder for property, Google reviews for almost everyone, and member lists of trade associations for industrial suppliers. We keep those listings accurate. We don’t buy spots on paid “top 10” lists; a real mention in a trade article lasts longer.
AI search sits on top of ordinary SEO
AI answers draw on pages that get crawled, indexed and trusted, so weak SEO caps how far this work can go. Many clients run it alongside our SEO work for Dubai companies, and businesses with a shopfront or service area pair it with Google Maps optimization in Dubai, since profile reviews feed many local answers.
Our AI SEO and GEO services page explains the method in full, and our guide on how to rank in ChatGPT goes deeper on that one assistant. For the rest of what we do in the city, visit our Dubai agency page.
Selected work
How we work
- 01
Agree the prompt set
The questions real buyers ask at each stage, from 'what is' through 'who should I hire' to 'is this company reliable', in the languages your market uses.
- 02
Run the baseline
Each prompt goes through each engine more than once, since answers vary between runs. We record mentions, citations, competitors named and the sources behind them.
- 03
Fix access and entities
Crawler rules, Bing indexing, schema and your profiles elsewhere get fixed first. They're quick, and nothing downstream works without them.
- 04
Content and mentions
We rewrite or add the pages that deserve citing and go after mentions on the sources each engine leans on.
- 05
Re-run and report
Same prompts, same engines, every month, alongside Bing's AI citation data and Search Console. You see what moved and which source moved it.
Questions
What does an AI SEO agency do?
It works on how AI assistants describe and recommend your business. That means testing the questions buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews, finding the sources those answers rely on, and fixing your site, structured data and listings so you're named, and named accurately.
Is AI SEO the same as GEO?
Close enough. GEO, generative engine optimization, is the research term; AEO and LLM SEO are other labels for overlapping work. Whatever the name, the job is getting your business cited inside AI answers rather than only ranked in the links below them.
How do I get my Dubai business recommended by ChatGPT?
Give it consistent facts to find: a clear website that Bing has indexed, matching details on the directories and review sites it cites for your category, and pages that answer buyer questions in the first lines. Then test the prompts your buyers use, in English and Arabic, and track what changes.
Do AI answers change between English and Arabic prompts?
Often, yes. An Arabic prompt can pull from Arabic-language sources and surface different businesses than the same question asked in English. If your Arabic presence is thin, you may be missing from those answers altogether, which is why we test both.
Are Google's AI Overviews shown in the UAE?
Yes. Google brought AI Overviews to the Middle East and North Africa in May 2025, in Arabic and English. For many research and comparison searches in Dubai, that summary now appears above the ordinary results.
How much does AI SEO cost in Dubai?
It depends on how many services and languages you cover, how tangled your existing listings are, and how contested your category is in AI answers. We start with a free check of a handful of your buyer prompts and scope the work from what it shows.
