Restaurant Marketing Agency in Dubai

We're a Dubai-based restaurant marketing agency. We get restaurants, cafés and caterers chosen on Google Maps, keep their listings consistent across Talabat, Deliveroo and Careem, put reservations one tap from every profile, and make Instagram send guests somewhere useful. Our restaurant work includes the websites and SEO for Lola and Kuuru in Saudi Arabia.

What's included

A Maps profile that wins the shortlist

Primary category, menu, booking and ordering links, photos of the dishes people actually order, and special hours for Ramadan, Eid and National Day set before the day.

Reviews on a steady rhythm

A review link on the bill folder and in delivery inserts, replies to every review within days, and a plan for the one-star review that names a dish.

Delivery apps in step with everything else

The same restaurant name, photos, menu and hours on Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, your website and Google, so guests and search engines see one restaurant, not three.

Reservations from every channel

One booking link used on Google, Instagram, WhatsApp and your website, with confirmations by WhatsApp and the guest's details kept in a system you own.

Instagram that leads to a booking

A link in bio that opens a fast menu and booking page, tagged so you can see which posts and stories filled tables.

Restaurant SEO in English and Arabic

Menus as real text, a page per branch, Restaurant schema, and pages for the searches Dubai diners make: brunch, iftar, private dining, rooftop, cuisine plus area.

SEO in Dubai

How do Dubai diners choose a restaurant?

Mostly on Google Maps and Instagram, then a quick check of the menu. A couple staying in Downtown types “rooftop dinner near me” and picks from the photos and ratings in the Maps pack. A family in Mirdif opens Talabat at eight, scrolls, and orders from the place with the clearest photos. Restaurant marketing in Dubai means being the obvious choice in each of those moments.

The city adds two complications. Many diners are visitors who’ve never heard of you, so photos and reviews do the persuading a regular’s loyalty would do elsewhere. And the dining areas, from DIFC and Downtown to Jumeirah, Al Seef and the warehouses of Al Quoz, compete with each other as much as restaurants do.

Google Maps and reviews for every branch

Your Google Business Profile is where most dining decisions in Dubai end. Getting it right means the correct primary category (“Lebanese restaurant”, not just “Restaurant”), a menu Google can read, booking and ordering links that work, and photos that look like the food arriving at the table today, not at the launch shoot.

Hotel restaurants have a particular problem: guests search for the restaurant, find the hotel, and never see your menu. Make sure the restaurant’s profile is complete and linked from the hotel’s own pages.

Reviews need a routine more than a campaign. A QR code on the bill folder and a card in delivery bags, both pointing to a direct link from our Google review link tool, keeps them coming. Reply to every one, and when a review criticises a dish, say what you changed.

We track each branch’s Maps rankings on a grid around the restaurant using the same method as our free Maps rank tracker, so you can see where in the city you’re visible.

Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem: one name, one menu

Talabat, Deliveroo and Careem all deliver food in Dubai, and plenty of restaurants are on more than one. That’s fine for orders. It becomes a search problem when the listings drift apart: a slightly different name on each app, last year’s photos, a menu with dishes the kitchen dropped.

Google, and the AI assistants that now answer “where should I order shawarma in JLT”, piece together a picture of your restaurant from all of those sources. When they disagree, you look like two businesses, or an unreliable one.

So we keep a single source for the name, menu, prices shown, photos and hours, and update the apps, the website and the Google profile from it. Kitchens running more than one delivery brand need extra discipline: each brand’s name should be identical everywhere it appears, and never confused with the dine-in restaurant.

Reservations, from search to a confirmed table

Every channel should lead to the same booking link: the Google profile, the Instagram bio, the website and your WhatsApp replies. When some guests book through DMs, some by phone and some through a widget, nobody can see how full Thursday is, and the guest list ends up spread across staff phones.

Pick a reservation system that confirms by WhatsApp or SMS, lets you add the booking link to your Google profile, and keeps guest details in an account you own.

Instagram that sends people somewhere

Dubai diners discover restaurants on Instagram. Too often the profile is beautiful and leads nowhere: a link in bio that opens a slow PDF, or a “DM to book” that goes unanswered after eleven at night.

We point the bio link to a fast menu and booking page, tag each link with UTM parameters using our campaign URL builder, and match the grid’s photos to the ones on Google. Then you can see which reels filled tables, not just which collected likes.

We built the website and run SEO for Lola’s brasserie in Jeddah, and for Kuuru’s restaurant in Saudi Arabia. We manage SEO for all of Leylaty Group’s restaurant websites in Saudi Arabia, and the regional platform for TGI Fridays across the Middle East, and we built the site and run search for Avala’s catering business. Most of our restaurant clients are outside Dubai, and the methods carry straight over.

For the Maps side in depth, see our Dubai local SEO page; for the website and search side, our Dubai SEO services. The sector-wide view, including branding, is on SEO and marketing for restaurants, the method on our core SEO service page, and the rest of what we do on our Dubai page.

How we work

  1. 01

    Audit

A full crawl, a Search Console review and a look at who outranks you for the terms that bring in revenue. You get a ranked list of problems, not a raw tool export.

  2. 02

    Fix the foundations

Indexing, redirects, hreflang and speed come first. Content published on a broken foundation struggles to rank however good it is.

  3. 03

    Build the keyword map

English and Arabic keywords assigned to existing or new pages, one clear target per page, so your own pages stop competing with each other.

  4. 04

    Publish and earn links

New and improved pages go live on a steady schedule while outreach and PR run alongside.

  5. 05

    Report and adjust

Each month we compare queries, pages and leads against the baseline and move effort toward whatever is working.

Questions

Should a Dubai restaurant be on Talabat, Deliveroo and Careem, or just one?

It depends on your delivery radius, margins and kitchen capacity. All three operate in Dubai, and each brings a different crowd in different areas. Many restaurants start on one, watch order volume and reviews for a couple of months, then add another. Whatever you choose, keep the name, menu and photos identical everywhere.

Do tourists and residents find restaurants differently in Dubai?

Yes. Visitors search from their hotel for things like a rooftop dinner near them or a well-reviewed brunch, and rely heavily on photos and reviews. Residents search by cuisine and neighbourhood, reorder from delivery apps and follow places on Instagram. A restaurant in a tourist area needs both journeys covered.

What should a new Dubai restaurant set up before opening?

Fix the name first, then claim and verify the Google Business Profile, add a text menu page and a booking link, and create the delivery-app listings with the exact same name. Opening-week reviews and photos count for a lot, so have the review link printed and ready for the first service.

Is Instagram or Google more important for a Dubai restaurant?

They do different jobs. Instagram creates the want and keeps you in people's heads. Google Maps is where they make the final decision and get directions. Most Dubai guests see you on both, so the photos, name and booking link need to match. If you can only fix one this month, fix the Maps profile.

Do you work with restaurant groups and caterers?

Yes. We manage the regional platform for TGI Fridays ME, a casual dining chain with branches in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and across the region, and we built the website and run SEO for Avala Catering. Groups need every branch handled consistently, and caterers need enquiries rather than table bookings.

How much does restaurant marketing cost in Dubai?

It depends on how many branches you have, whether you need a new website or just profile and SEO work, how many delivery listings need cleaning up, and whether content and photography are included. We look at your profiles and site first, then scope the work.
